Stark Effect modeling

Princeton University · 2022–2023

In 2022–2023 I researched models of the Stark effect—the splitting of atomic spectral lines under electric fields—translating conceptual articles into Mathematica and Python. The project was catalyzed by Duncan et al. (2014) and involved converting the Hamiltonian to parabolic units and other nonstandard manipulations.
